Here at Fresh Cut Lawns Shellharbour we hate weeds as much as you do. They spoil the look of your yard and can cause injuries if the wrong (spikey) weeds take over.
We have two options to best help you eliminate weeds and stop them from ever appearing again.

Our products are safe on all lawn types and are professional grade.
Weeds usually die with in 2-4 weeks depending on the time of year. It slower in winter.
Follow up sprays may be required for some weeds.

This is the best way to prevent weeds in your lawn.
We apply a pre emergent for you twice per year to prevent weeds from growing.
We come to your property 4 times per year to check for weeds and apply any required products.
We will let you know when we are coming and what products we are using each visit.

Post Emergent Application
Once weeds have started to grow we treat them with a high quality post emergent weed killer that is formulated for your grass type. We have a number of different products that will only kill weeds and leave the grass to thrive. These products are used on golf courses around the world and are professional grade not found in local big box stores.
One application of our products will kill 90-95% off the weeds in your yard. I wish we could say 100% but it’s not always the case and I want to be honest with you. If combined with a pre emergent weeds will not be an issue in the future.
Pre Emergent Control
This is where we prevent the weeds from appearing in the first place. Applying a pre emergent creates a barrier in the soil (yellow line in picture below) that will prevent weeds from being able to grow through.
Applied twice per year in early Spring and early Autumn weeds will not be able to take hold in your lawn keeping it looking great.
